چکیده
MCM-41 based catalysts (molar ratio Si/Al = 40) were prepared by a hydrothermal route, modified ionic exchange with different metals (Cu, Cr, Fe and Zn) finally calcined at 550 °C. The fully characterized techniques that confirmed the formation of oxides on surfaces all materials. Low-angle X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses showed calcination resulted in incorporation metallic Zn, Cr framework MCM-41, while case Cu, thin layers CuO formed surface MCM-41. solids obtained tested catalytic wet peroxide oxidation (CWPO) acetaminophen temperatures (25–55 °C). activity followed order: Cr/MCM-41 ? Fe/MCM-41 > Cu/MCM-41 Zn/MCM-41. increase reaction temperature improved performance catalysts, which achieved complete conversion short times (15 min Cr/MCM-41). submitted to long-term experiments, being catalyst most stable very low metal leaching. leaching results better than those previously reported literature, confirming high stability synthesized this study.
